Happy new year! There will not be a schedule change for recycling, yard waste, or trash pick-up due to the New Year holiday. No Recycling or Trash Scheduling Change for Christmas or Christmas Tree Disposal

The City of Peoria will not change the schedule for recycling, yard waste, or trash pick-up because of the Christmas holiday. Pick-up will take place as normal. When and Where? Carts, bulky waste, and yard waste may be set out early as 3p.m. the day before pick-up. It must be at the curb or alley no later than 6 a.m. on your scheduled day to avoid missing a collection. Following collection, carts need to be moved back from the curb or alley within 24-hours.
